A certain ship research and development Co., Ltd. was established in February 2009 as a wholly-owned technology industry investment platform of China Shipbuilding Science Research Center. In September 2021, a branch was established due to development needs.
The company's business scope includes: design and manufacturing of rock wool production lines and glass fiber production lines; Technology development, technology transfer, technology consulting, and technology services for ships and deep-sea submersibles; Utilize self owned funds for external investment. Research and sales of other specialized equipment, instruments, industrial automation control systems, computer hardware, and marine equipment, development of computer software, detection and protection of vibration, shock, and explosion, testing and inspection of overall ship performance and metal structure strength, testing and inspection of underwater engineering and equipment, design and installation of laboratory equipment for hydrodynamics and structural mechanics, Class B ship supervision, and import and export business of various commodities and technologies through self operation and agency.

The material of the workpiece processed on site is Q345R, with a plate thickness of 38mm. The processing requirement is a 60 degree transition bevel, which is used for the thick and thin plate docking between the cylinder and the head. We recommend using the Taole TMM-100L automatic steel plate edge milling machine, which is mainly used for processing thick plate bevels and stepped bevels of composite plates. It is widely used for excessive bevel operations in pressure vessels and shipbuilding, and in fields such as petrochemicals, aerospace, and large-scale steel structure manufacturing. The single processing volume is large, and the slope width can reach 30mm, with high efficiency. It can also achieve the removal of composite layers and U-shaped and J-shaped bevels.
