● Processing specifications
The material of the workpiece processed on site is S30408+Q345R, the plate thickness is 45mm, the processing requirements are upper and lower V-shaped groove, the V angle is 30 degrees, the blunt side is 2mm, the surface is removed from the composite layer, and the side side is required to be cleaned.
● Case solving
We used GMMA-100L edge milling machine to remove the composite layer, process the upper groove, and milling edges.
