A certain environmental technology company, headquartered in Hangzhou, is committed to building seven major industries including sewage treatment, water conservancy dredging, ecological landscaping, environmental protection equipment, smart water management, soil remediation, and aquaculture ecology. During the "anti epidemic" period in 2020, the company undertook sewage treatment projects for Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals.
The main materials for processing workpieces are Q355 and Q355, with varying size specifications and a thickness generally between 20-40. They are mainly used for processing welding bevels.
The current process used is flame cutting+manual polishing, which is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also produces unsatisfactory bevel effects, as shown in the following figure:
