Customer is having multi project with different material for beveling process.
They already having models GMMA-80A, GMMA-80R ,GMMA-100L,GMMA-100K plate beveling machine in stock.
Current project request to make V/K bevel joint on Stainless Steel 304 material at 52mm thickness.
We are suggesting with 2 beveling solutions with plate beveling machine models
1) GMMA-80R beveling machine for bottom bevel, GMMA-100L beveling machine for top bevel
2) GMMA-100K Double sided beveling machine at same time for both top and bottom bevel

Customer Try and Test both beveling solution in plant to see which will be faster and more efficiency

Generally, They find Seperate machine GMMA-80R and GMMA-100L models solution is more efficiency than GMMA-100K. Coz GMMA-100K is using milling head diameter 63mm, GMMA-100L is using milling head diameter 100mm, GMMA-80R is using milling head diameter 80mm.
Below points for reference while choosing plate beveling machine models
1) What is your plate material. If stainless steel plate, We will suggest double motor beveling machines
2) If stainless steel plate. We will suggesting you suitable material of milling heads and inserts
3) What kind of Bevel joint do you need? V/ Y/X/K/U/J /L or Clad Removal? So we could suggest as per required function.
