The material processed is 304 stainless steel plate, with a width of 1500mm, length of 10000mm, and varying thicknesses ranging from 6 to 14mm. On-site, a 6mm-thick stainless steel plate was machined, featuring a 30-degree welding bevel. The bevel depth requirement specifies leaving a 1mm blunt edge, with the remaining portion fully machined.

On site situation:

A 6mm thick stainless steel was processed on site, with a 30 degree welding bevel and a bevel depth requirement of leaving a 1mm blunt edge. TMM-80A beveling machine produced one edge with just one cut. The customer has been concerned that due to being a ten meter long thin plate, there will be large wavy curves when the plate is hung, and it is easy for the plate to vibrate, which may cause the bevel to form unsightly. The final result satisfied both the workshop manager and the workers on site.
